Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the training model of 10 courses taught to 95 doctors and 74 medical auxiliaries, to enable them to carry out their activities in the Nutrition Centers of the Rural Hospitals and nearby communities.

The training programs are prepared based on the study of the population's nutritional needs, the resources available and the formulation of strategies to respond to the needs.
