Complicaciones en la trombólisis en el infarto agudo del miocardio

Resumen

Con el propósito de estudiarlas complicaciones que acompañan la administración de estreptocinasa intravenosa, en el infarto agudo del miocardio, se estudiaron a 67 pacientes, menores de 65 años y con menos de 6 horas de iniciada la sintomatología del episodio del infarto agudo del miocardio, administrándose 1.5 millones de unidades de estreptocinasa en una hora.

Los hallazgos fueron; en su gran mayoría sangrados menores en los sitios de instalación de punzocats, de catéter central venopunción y gingiborragia, los sangrados mayores manifestados como hematuria y de tubo digestivo se presentaron en menor cantidad, así como las reacciones alergo anafilácticas presentadas como rash, cefalea y fiebre.

Ningún paciente requirió de transfusión sanguínea, ni de la administración de esferoides, no hubo mortalidad relacionada con el procedimiento.
