Abstract

José Ignacio Campillo García, president of the National Consultative Committee for the Normalization of Health Regulation and Promotion, based on the provisions of articles 39, sections VI, VII and XXI of the Organic Law of the Federal Public Administration; 3º, fractions I, II, III, VII, IX, XV, XVI, XVII and XXII; 13, section A, sections I and IX; 27, fractions II, III, V; 32, 33, 45, 47 last paragraph, 48 and 51 of the General Health Law; 1st, 2nd fraction II c); 38, fraction II; 40, fractions III, XI and XIII; 41, 44, 46 and 47 of the Federal Law on Metrology and Standardization; 10 and 32 of the Regulation of the general law of health in the matter of health care services; and 23, sections II and III of the Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Health, allow me to publish the clinical file in the Official Gazette of the Mexican Official Standard NOM-168-SSA1-1998 of the clinical file.
