Abstract
In the current times, before the processes of globalization of the economies, the free trade agreements established in different regions of the world, have been considered as one of the strategies that make it possible to combine the efforts of the different countries that integrate them. In that sense, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), or NAFTA for its acronym in English, came into force on October 1, 1994 for application between Mexico, the United States and Canada.
