The Mexican Network of Editors of Scientific Journals of Nursing and its responsibility in the diffusion of knowledge

For some years it has been observed that the joint and collaborative work yields more fruits than the one that is carried out in isolated way. In this context, in the field of nursing practice, national and international thematic networks have been created that gather colleagues with common interests and objectives in spaces that allow a serious and deep reflection on each field of knowledge, to jointly propose courses of action that favor their reflection, approach and, if necessary, the resolution of diverse situations.
