In the process of nursing care one of the aspects that is important in the participation of the professional nursing in the social support network. On the one hand, patients they seek to be listened to, cared for and oriented towards the unknown, be it illness, risk or how to stay healthy. On the other hand the nurses with their skills and learned skills, identify needs, guide, give counseling in order to meet these needs and expectations. This relationship depends to a large extent on improving or maintaining the health of patients or the community.
