Abstract

As a consequence of the economic crises that countries are facing, the author considers that nursing has been undergoing increasingly evident changes and therefore, experiences in the community are the only source of learning about what happens in the society, directly observing real problems, felt and manifest and through their analysis, is how you learn to investigate with a scientific methodology.
