Abstract

Professionalization is a strategy and a process of permanent change to achieve that the goals of Nursing, are consistent with the health care needs of a society that is in continuous transformation. This process demands both changes in the nurses tano in their way of thinking, as in their way of appreciating health and society, and in the way they act.
