Abstract

In nursing it is very common that when opening the packaging of medicines do not be careful to read the instructions regarding storage, adequate dilution, proper techniques and routes of application as well as their immediate and mediate toxic effects.

Generally during the study stage and the hours of practice the nurse learns what is related to the management of the most common medications, but not that of the antineoplastic agents that really belong to the specialty of oncology.
