Here is a discussing about the role that play concepts and theories on the scientific disciplines. The necessity to development a curricular structure for nursing, based on concepts and own theory that let establish a solid stone in nursing education. Here is established that there are many meanings to theory and it is well known that a scientific theory will be the best beginning in for nurse practice. The educational method for nurse needs an adult, the teacher, does something for, with and to another people, the student. The reality is that the teacher in nursing has the ethic and social responsibility for the nurses learning process about health care. Many times the term concept structure is taken as a synonym mous for conceptual model and conceptual scheme. The concepts are linking to establish relations in order to build basic hypothesis for science. The transcendental of a theory for nursing is to give background of knowledge to improve the practice thought delineations, explanations, predictions and control of phenomenons related with the nursing practice. They are useful tools that let us greater comprehensiveness about the nurse working. The conceptual structure can be use for educational purpose and let to the professional and students of nursing a guide to practice and it will let more identification between the group.
