Traumatismos no penetrantes de tórax con lesión de corazón y grandes vasos
Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo es dar a conocer los tipos de lesión que ocasionan los traumatismos cerrados del tórax; es decir cuando no hay evidencia externa de lesión y por tanto pueden pasar inadvertidos si no son buscados intencionalmente, el antecedente de traumatismo contuso debe hacer sospechar contusión de corazón en todo paciente que llega a los servicios de Urgencia.
